Hello once again! You know, I am no good with these journal type thingies! The Doctor once had a 500 year diary, but I doubt he ever wrote anything in it except for the occasional note to pick up some more jelly babies! hahaha! Anyway, please bear with me if I don't write every day. You know how it is with time travel! Busy Busy Busy! Never any TIME! ;-)

Anyhoo... I was going to chronicle my adventures here wasn't I? Where should I start? Perhaps at the beginning... But just how far do I go back? I don't like talking about my 'origins' much. Perhaps I'll tell that tale another time. Why don't I start with my first 'adventure'. It was an assignment given to me by the Timelords right after I graduated from the Academy of Time on Gallifrey - top marks in both Temporal Engineering and Alternate Power Sources ;-) I was sent (of course) to Earth, in the late 19th Century; London, England to be exact. I believe it's known locally as the 'Victorian Era'. My mission was this:

To meet with a one Mr. Sherlock Holmes and his companion Doctor John H. Watson, M.D. and 'remove' Mr. Holmes from the timeline whilst still leaving his identity upon the earth in some form. In other words, I couldn't just go to the day he was born and snatch the baby or anything like that. His deeds up until that time should live on in history, but he should not be allowed to continue after that for he would affect the future timeline in some adverse way. And seeing that he would in some way advise a certain Adolf HItler to accelerate his work on the rocket and the atom bomb, I believe that it would end up being VERY adverse for the future of mankind as a whole!

Tricky problem this, especially for a young girl of only 120 still wet behind the years from her time as a student - and indeed as the only person of her kind to ever even leave her planet! Still, I tried to tackle it the best way I could figure out; using all that I had been taught, plus a large dose of confidence and enthusiasm, laced with just a tinge of arrogance and superiority. ;-)

I suppose that way back then I was a bit of an annoying little person! ;-)

tbc...
